In addition to monthly reports, available here, 211 manages information on almost 1000 agencies and the services they provide, and is a source of primary data on community needs. 211 data can be used for a number of purposes:

    Grant proposal writing

    Finding appropriate partners who provide a specific service

    Determining where the gaps in service fall

    Avoiding duplication of services

    Informing many desicion making processes such as where to locate a new service

    Comparing community needs with demographics
